The 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera is better than ever, ranking first among seven of Super Luxury Sports Cars that include the 2009 Jaguar XK and 2009 Mercedes Benz SL, according US News.
Since its first model in 1965, the 911 Carrera has been Porsche’s bread and butter car. A legendary and world-renowned sports car, the 911 Carrera is a classic car that balances usability and comfort.
The 2009 911 Carrera is stylized for the new year model, and added with a pair of powerful and economical engines, and an optional, twin-clutch, seven-speed automated manual transmission.
The 2009 911 Carrera is a two-door convertible (called Cabriolet) model, in base or S trim. The interior is small if not a little cramped. It is not uncomfortable, but it may need a bit of getting used to. Although the cabin seating provides for four, most will find that only two will fit.
Performance-wise, the 2009 911 has greater ability than last year, with acceleration speed 15% faster to 62mph while reducing the CO2 emissions by more than 15% and fuel consumption by 15%. The 2009 Carrera S model has 3.8-liter flat six that produces 385 horsepower and fuel economy of 18/25 MPG for manual and 19/26 with the PDK. Steering is well balanced and smooth, stopping is short and quick. Unfortunately, engines still emits Porche’s signature noise that can be an annoyance on long trips.
All in all, the Porsche is the car for those who love driving, but not for those wanting to spend their money responsibly.

i agree that this car has improved and its price is not that bad compared its counterparts. i wonder how is it doing in the market after its manufacturer suffered economic problem
