Incoming 2009, Volkswagen presented one of the hottest automobiles to hit the road in years. The Volkswagen CC, part of the Passat lineup of vehicles, exudes luxury and comfort at its most elegant. It’s not uncommon for consumers to look at this car and consider that they can’t afford it. Luckily, the German automaker has done a outstanding job keeping the Volkswagen CC within the budget of many, with a starting cost of approximately $27,100k.
The 2009 Volkswagen CC is a 4-door, 4-passenger sports sedan, ready in 4 trims, ranging from the Sport to the VR6 4Motion.
The Sport is equipped with a standard 2.0-liter, I4, 200-horsepower, turbo engine that achieves 21-mpg in the city and 31-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard, and a 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional. The VR6 4Motion is equipped with a standard 3.6-liter, V6, 280-horsepower engine that achieves 17-mpg in the city and 25-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard.
The general formula for the Volkswagen CC is fairly simple. Take the well built Volkswagen Passat, remove its sheet metal and replace it with smoother, more attractive sheet metal. And so, make the rear seat available for two passengers by adding a center console. Finally, take the already attractive Passat interior and send it up market.

One Feedback on “2009 Volkswagen CC”
I would have to go with the cc. It’s a stunning car that is equally fun to drive. A good comparison site that I’ve found is truedelta.com. It compares the two side by side including options and pricing. While the accord has a lower base price, the cc comes with so much more including a much better warranty
